Doug Monticciolo
Chief Executive Officer, Chief Investment Officer and Co-Founder
Monticciolo is Chief Executive Officer, Chief Investment Officer and Co-Founder of Brevet Capital, which he founded in 1998. He leads the firm’s strategy and investment activities. Through his “finance as a service” approach, Brevet provides direct lending and other financing solutions to private middle-market companies that serve governments and government-related counterparties. Monticciolo has more than 30 years of experience in credit financing and advisory services. He holds a Master of Engineering Sciences in Applied Mathematics from Columbia University. He also holds an M.S. in Applied Mathematics and a B.S. in Applied Mathematics and Computer Science from the State University of New York at Stony Brook.
